4. Quotes and Pricing

The final price for the Service will be confirmed before work begins. If the amount or nature of the waste differs from that described at the time of booking, we may adjust the price accordingly. If you do not agree to the revised price, you may decline the Service, subject to any applicable call-out or cancellation charges.
Our prices may include labour, transport, disposal fees, and any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, extra labour time, special handling, or non-standard waste types.
5. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for the Service is due in full on completion of the collection on the same day. We may accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card payment, subject to the options available at the time of Service.
For business customers or regular contracts, we may agree credit terms in writing, including specific invoicing arrangements and due dates. If payment is not received by the due date, we may charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate and may suspend further Services until all outstanding sums are settled.
You agree to pay all charges applicable to the Service, including any additional charges notified and agreed at the time of the collection. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover unpaid sums and associated costs.
6. Access and Customer Responsibilities

If access is restricted, unsafe, or materially different from what was described at the time of booking, we may be unable to carry out the Service or may need to adjust the price. In such cases, a call-out or waiting time charge may apply.
You must ensure that waste is presented in a manner that is safe for handling. Sharp, dangerous, or contaminated items must be disclosed in advance. You must also ensure that items you ask us to remove are not subject to any third-party ownership, lease, or security interest, and that you have full authority to dispose of them.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
You may cancel or amend your booking by contacting us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, no cancellation fee will usually apply, unless we have incurred specific costs in preparing for the Service.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, which may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the quoted price, to cover our administrative, scheduling, and operational costs.
If our team arrives at the agreed address and is unable to complete the Service due to reasons within your control, such as lack of access or your absence where your presence is required, we may apply a call-out fee or charge a proportion of the quoted price.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, vehicle breakdown, staff illness, or compliance with legal obligations. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and offer an alternative date or time.
8. Waste Regulations and Prohibited Items
We operate in accordance with applicable UK waste regulations and duty of care requirements. All waste collected will be transported and disposed of only at authorised facilities or by authorised carriers.
We do not normally collect hazardous or specialist waste, including but not limited to asbestos, clinical and medical waste, certain chemicals, solvents, oils, gas bottles, tyres, and certain electrical items requiring special treatment. If you have any such items, you must inform us in advance so that we can confirm whether we can lawfully and safely handle them and whether additional charges will apply.
You must not conceal hazardous or prohibited items within general waste. If such items are discovered, we may refuse to remove them, may adjust the price, or may terminate the Service. You may also be liable for any costs, penalties, or claims that arise from your failure to disclose prohibited items.
By using our rubbish removal and waste collection services, you confirm that all waste presented for collection is lawful to dispose of and that you have complied with any applicable legal obligations in relation to storage, segregation, and preparation of the waste.
9. Liability and Insurance
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Service. However, our liability to you is subject to the limitations set out in this section.
We accept no liability for pre-existing damage to your property or belongings. You are responsible for notifying our team of any fragile areas, vulnerable surfaces, or items of particular value that may be at risk during the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms and Conditions.

11. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service at the agreed time and date. However, we are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic conditions, accidents, breakdowns, strikes, or regulatory actions.
If performance of the Service is affected by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange a revised time or an alternative solution.
12. Complaints and Service Issues
If you have any concerns or complaints about our rubbish removal or waste collection service, you should contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of the Service taking place. We may ask for details of the issue and any supporting information so that we can investigate properly.
